• Partner and executive member of Sigrun Partners’ team since September 2011.

• Since 2007 is founding partner of 360 Alpha Partners Advisors EAFI, an entity regulated by CNMV with license number 7, which currently manages investments worth over €100 million. During this period, he also held the position of Head of Treasury and Finance in Ence, successfully executing the restructuring the balance sheet (capital increase and refinancing the corporate debt), as well as closing the financing of the growth plan of the company in the biomass energy business via project finance.

• From 2003 to 2007 he worked for the Paneuropean Equity Derivatives Team at Lehman Brothers in London, being responsible for the main spanish accounts in the flow business, industrial portfolio, exotic options, structured products and equity finance.

• He started his career at Iberdrola (1997-2001), working for the Latam Business Development Department, analyzing, structuring and executing investments worth €1.500 million both in infrastructure and energy: distribution (electricity, gas and water) and electricity generation, developing “greenfield” projects and acquisitions in Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, Chile and Bolivia.

• Eduardo holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas Madrid (ICADE, E-2),. He is CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) and has an MBA from IESE, Barcelona.
